Um this is embarissing but....?

okay almost everyday my private tingles, not in a ual way but like i'm cold or something what can that be?? and then sometimes juice r smething wet comes out it doesn't smell bad and somethimes i leak after going to the bathroom but it doesn't smell like pee what is this?? how do i make it stp?? again its not the nice tingling when u lok at a cute guy or whatever lol
