Is the pheromones website androticsdirect.com a legit company?

I came accros this website while I was looking for a reliable supplier for pheromones. Money was taken out of my credit card and it has been 3 weeks, still nothing. I sent them emails, PM'd them at the forums, called their so called 'customer support' phones (which is always connected to an answering machine.) I want to know if there are real people who ordered and received their stuff. Thank you.
