Is the look of madness stamped on William's face?

I have been studying closeup shots quite closely and ysing films of his rictus and I find that he is starting to have the flattened affect of the mentally insane. Quite similar really to grandfather Spencer, whom, if you filter out the effects of seventy years of non stop boozing and wenching, had that characteristic look of madness that you also saw develop in his star protege and spawn, Diana. Will the same soaring madness overtake William?
