What would be a cute outfit to wear to new york city?

i would say jeans and a cute top....i have boots that are almost exactly like that..its a bit chilly in new york so i would dress warm. i wore the boots with darker skinny jeans(easier fit with the boots) and a bright colored shirt...you could wear a scarf too...Have fun!
