Authentic samosa chat?

Alright all, I'm looking for a really authentic recipe for samosa chat but can't seem to find it online anywhere. I was in Bombay , India and got hooked on this stuff and now I want it every day. I swear the guy who had this little stand was putting crack in it because I crave it daily! ;) Anyway, his had garbanzo beans, onion, crunchy noodles (instead of actual samosa dough) and a ton of cilantro. It was more sweet than it was spicy and so yummy that you would die. Anyone have any idea to replicate this recipe? Thanks in advance!
