We might ume that they all hated Saddam and would choose the second choice, but that might not be true. I know a few Germans that are family friends that think Hitler was the best thing that ever happened to their country because he fixed the economy and united the nation (for a short period). It's strange for Americans to think that Hitler did anything good. I think that they would choose the first answer. Saddam killed less than the war, and we really didn't have any business in their country. In their eyes the U.S. is probably more "evil" than Saddam.
