Blue screen of DEATH!!?

Ok well idk wtf i did to my "Windows 2000 Pro with Bilt on NT tec..." but now im getting the o so wounderfull "blue screen of death" im getting a stop error that is (INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE) and if it would help i could but the 50 or so number and letter combo after the stop error if you like just email me...but i have no idia what I did or what could have coused it but is you could tell me where i can get a boot disk *not floppy* its on a laptop witch has no floppy drive only CD witch sucks or some sort of help to fix it..much thanks..^_^
