Lots of lemon-- zest, candied zest, and lemon flavored simple syrup?

we got the lemon rinds after the preschool made lemon ade. we have about 1/2 cup each of fresh and candied lemon zest and about a cup of lemon flavored simple syrup. What should we do with it?
