Why don't people realize that disapproval for 0bama is attributed to racism and the deficit is just a backdrop?

People weren't complaining when Unemployment was 5% and the deficit was 500 billion under Bush. But now, people complain all the time about Unemployment being 10% and the deficit being 1.4 Trillion. Isn't it clear that these are just backdrops to inherent racism?
