What is the song Bohemian Rhapsody actually about?
there are about 14838394082 accepted interpretations, but all of them have some sort of spin on death and regret for death, based on the opening lyrics and the meanings behind the names in the a cappella section in the middle of the song...basically, my idea of it is that the man in the story has killed someone(possibly himself, according to some interpretations) accidentally and now regrets this mistake in a letter to his mother, possibly real or possibly theoretical, and proceeds to meet the devil who attempts to buy his soul from him, which causes a great deal of tension and anger to build up within him, leading to the conclusion where he has apparently failed to defeat the devil, and he ultimately decides that nothing in life really matters anyway...i believe it's the greatest song ever made, totally captivating lyrically and extremely innovative musically
