What is the best Way to pull a painful tooth?

My tooth has been wiggly for a bit, and finally its coming off the gum from the back. I can see the tooth already coming in under it. But the front of my tooth still has a good grip on my gum. It hurts a lot and is really bugging me. PLEASE HELP!!!
