What guitar piece should i use for an audition for governer's school?

I am auditioning for PA Governer's School of excellence for the composing area in music and need 2 pieces to be played during the audition for about 5 minutes total. I was considering composing one piece and have the other be something thats neo-clical shred such as Yngwie Malmsteen to demonstarate technical prowess. What do you think?
