The suitable media converter and core switch to be use?

hi i have a networking project, and my planning is that i have 3 different AP located at 3 different block and all the AP using RJ45 and all the 3 AP will be connected to a multi port media converter to convert it from cate 5 UTP cable to fiber optic and the fiber optic will be connected to the core switch at the server room so my question is that what is the suitable media converter, fiber optic cable and core switch to be used in my situation? hope u guys can help me ^^
