Is there a communitycollege in california for summer that allows a student just completing 10th grade to take?

I'm a sopre, and this summer, after 10th grade, i want to take a community college course in california. Does anyone know of a community college that allows HS students to take courses during the summer that have only completed 10th grade (sopre year). I'm hoping to raise my GPA in time when i apply to UCs.
