I wanna be in a rock band in houston tx, need help?

im a 13 year old girl who loves rock n' roll and thinks that rock n' roll doesnt really need to have a good voce as a singer so i wanna start my own rock band and i would like to be the singer......i dont know if i have a good voice but i dont care....my inspirations are the runaways, iggy pop, guns n' roses, motley crue, kiss, and those kind of bands.....so if someone wants to start a band and dont care about the voice for the singer im available... thnx...
