I feel my priest is not pious enough. How can I get him to realize the true glory of Jesus Christ?

I have the feeling that he is a lost sheep in priest garb. He speaks the words but does not see the Glory of our Lord. I was thinking of giving him a pamphlet, but he probably has plenty of those...
