I can't stop crying .. How do I get over him?

So I dated this guy on n offf for a while now. Wellll ... We were currently off when this happened. But he told me loves me still. Which I always knew.. But I just didn't say anything. Well on monday.. He was getting very jealous and I ure him that theres nothing to be jealous of and that I do loveee him. He doesn't texttt back for a few hours, so I txt him again and he says.. "were never gonna be together again" couldn't he have told me that b4 he pulled the "i love u" btw, I'm 19 hes 23. All of my friends keep telling me to move on. I guesss I should, but we have been together since I was 15. This sounds lameee.. But I dont rly know how to move on :( if u have any advice.. Im always on yahoo messanger or u can email ...
