How do i get him to notice me ?

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's amazing how people turn around and change their values once they are out of school and the paradigm of popularity and looks rule. I never got a second look in high school, but after going away to college for a year, it was like a whole new ball game. People that never so much as looked at me in high school were asking me out. Don't worry about stupid boys that value popularity. Just worry about yourself and when you are confident and unique you will draw more attention. Trust me. Just be yourself and let them come to you.
