Do you think you can judge God?
Whenever people consider who God is, they look at what man does which is what scientists would call genetic fallacy. A fallacy of irrelevance where the conclusions are based solely on some irrelevant origin. We see this type of fallacious reasoning all the time... Whites are the ones who perpetrate racism therefore whites are racists and responsible racism in the USA, whites how many times have you been accused as racist? Black people rap and talk about the ghetto, killing and selling drugs and speak ebonics, the crime in the country is because of blacks. Black people how many times have you been judged by stereotypes instead of you actually are? If you have any morsel of common sense you can see the disparities in such reasoning. God did not create us to be machines with no will, he gave us a will and if we use or abuse that will then its not Gods fault. Therefore when we say the world is full crime, hatred, and disease so God is to blame is simply illogical, even if you do focus on the Roman Catholic Church or American Chattel Slavery, where men grossly misinterpreted and manipulated scripture to justify there own greed is still not Gods fault, its the fault of those greedy men who found it in themselves possible to beat, and kill and enslave men for their own purposes! If you tell your teenage son, "son you can have whatever you want in life" then he goes to school and steals behind your back, after you told him stealing was wrong who is to blame? Now the logical answer is he is wrong, but he turns to you and says "yes you told me stealing is wrong but you also said I could have WHATEVER i wanted in life, so your contradicting yourself" See the issue here? thats the same way we treat God and scripture. We manipulate things to get our way and when those things go wrong we blame Him for it. This is what psychologist would call displacement... its blaming others for what we have done. and to further make it worse we say well, God I choose not to believe in you as an expression of our anger, as if God who is omnipotente, omnipresente, omnisciente, He creates universes at the power of his word do you really think His feelings are hurt because you want to rebel agaisnst Him, or that your faith and praise makes boosts His selfesteem? I mean seriously?? so again I ask you do you think you can judge God, and if you think you can by what criteria
