The bast thing to reflect the heat will be simply polishing the aluminum. If you still want it painted use a light color or a light metallic color. White, silver, or something of that nature. Any paint can be used, but you will need a direct to metal primer that is compatible with your paint. Most spray paint companies make an etching primer that should do what you need.
