About starting the service in tomcat apache 7.0?

i have installed oracle virtual box and i m using xp sp2 in that,, i have installed tomcat apache 7.0 and m using oracle 9i and whenever i start my service of tomcat i m getting error 1067 : the process terminated unexpectedly.. how to resolve this error?
